Your Role as the Realtor: To Connect
The realtor’s role in this program is straightforward: simply make the connection. If your client is purchasing a home that could benefit from a professional designer, that’s where we come in.

Registering the Client
Once you've connected with a client who could benefit from our design services, register them below. After the client and property details are submitted and approved, Surroundings will send you a confirmation email to let you know everything is set. A gift bag and certificate, designed as a gift from you to the new homeowner, will be delivered to your office 4-5 days before settlement.
What’s in it for you?
We appreciate you and your recommendation. You’ll earn 2% in store credit points after the value of the New Home Certificate. This gives you the opportunity to earn points to spend on your home.
